Welcome to Lucid!
Logging in
The URL for Lucid is http://lucid.interwestgrp.com. You can also use http://timecard.interwestgrp.com if you find it easier to remember. Both URLS go to the same website. You must login to use Lucid. Your username is typically your first initial and last name, e.g. John Wessel would have the username jwessel. Your password is 123456. You will be prompted to change it after logging in.
If you can't login:
- Someone may already have your name (beware of doppelgängers). Try including your middle initial, e.g. jswessel, or adding a 2, e.g. jwessel2.
- The intrepid administrators may not have created your user account yet. You will need to notify an administrative support person of your existence. Being in Lucid is very related to people remembering to pay you so you'll want to make it a priority.
Filling out a timecard
Your first interaction with Lucid will likely be filling out a timecard. Click the Navigation tab and then click the
Work on Timecard link to get to the timecard editor.
You can read further documentation by clicking the Wiki tab. In general, whenever documentation is available for a web page,
the Wiki tab will available.
